Directors:
David Mallard, Enrica Mallard, Roger Hilton, Rosslyn Blundell

David and Enrica Mallard both have significant experience in business leadership, having successfully undertaken a variety of roles in large and small business including senior management and senior executive positions in top ten corporate companies in Australia.

They are professionally certified Accountants and Auditors. Enrica hold degrees in Accounting and Computing while David has an Accounting degree and Masters Degree in Business Technology. They also have qualified in the nationally recognised Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment. Notwithstanding their experiences in the 'practical world', David and Enrica recognised their personal need to expand out of the relatively narrow confines of 'traditional' education and learning. They have both explored many alternative learning modalities.

In following through on this, David and Enrica are both qualified Rebirthers. Enrica is also a Reiki Master, Body Talk Practitioner and Matrix Energetics practitioner. In addition, David is certified as a practioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy®. The overriding intent of the work Enrica and David undertake, and the services they offer to clients, is to make a real and lasting difference to people, enabling clients to facilitate their own growth and improved health and life balance. In achieving this, they in turn enrich their own lives.

Roger Hilton, MSc, Master Black Belt, BAppSc, Chartered Statistician, Cert IV in Training & Assessment, Cert IV in Competitive Manufacturing

Roger's contribution to the Heart of the Matter training is centred on his passion to continuously improve and excel in everything we do. This continuous improvement extends from one's personal life to their business life and back to create and experience events that can be cross-developed to ensure a sustained joyful existence.

Roger has a background in education and training and has worked in many different fields from risk management, business improvement and academic teaching. He strives for a better understanding of himself and others that he chooses to be involved with.

With a number of associates, Roger runs a very successful training business which delivers a sustainable business improvement culture together with an understanding of the importance of Self and that of one's team in a pursuit of excellence.

Rosslyn Blundell is a Director of Heart of the Matter. She comes to the business with a significant background over 40 years in owning and managing a variety of very successful businesses.

During the early 1980s Rosslyn entered the 'personal development' world with several thought leaders at that time, and in particular worked closely with Robert Kiyosaki in his pre 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' period. Rosslyn was also closely involved in the 'Money and You' personal transformation movement.

In the 1990s Rosslyn formed an alliance with Diane McCann the founder of the 'Goddess Within' workshop for women and has been involved in offering people the gift of self development and healing for more than 20 years.
